We are sorry to hear that the information in our Private Site did not meet your expectation. Please visit us in the future as we continue to improve the quality of our products and services.

We have a bullet proof method in processing refunds. These procedures help to ensure that refunds are processed promptly, yet minimize membership misuse and/or abuse, and fraudulent transactions. The other reason is that we receive hundreds of emails from existing members, and human error can cause unnecessary delay.

To request your refund, we require a copy of your payment transaction receipt that was emailed to you when you paid for your membership, as well as the the email address and pin code you used to access our Private Site.

If you paid for your membership through our 900 number, please send a copy of your PAID telephone bill, as well as your Pin, Password, and Email. 900 Number Refunds take up to 90 days to process. This is required as some members have subscribed and then not pay the bill. In many states, customers are not required to pay TOLL services under certain circumstances. Thus, we need to verify payment prior to issuing REFUNDS.

If you paid by check, please mail us a copy of your PAID check and allow up to 30 business days to receive your refund. We require 30 days as many checks can take up to three weeks to be returned from the bank.

Credit card transactions are processed immediately. If your refund does not reflect on your next month's statement, please contact us and/or the telephone number shown on your statement for customer service.

Our refund procedure protects YOU as email requests can be lost, deleted, and security is minimal. The policy also protects us from fraudulent ONLINE transactions. Hard to believe, but Amazingsecrets.com receives more than our fair share of fraudulent checks, and credit cards.

Please note, due to the large volume of site users, we cannot offer one-on-one support. You must follow the above instructions. If we have any questions, we will contact you via email.

If you cannot locate your proof of purchase, we cannot issue you a refund. No exception! We do not have the resources to track thousounds of transaction receipts. Please note, many of our members received FREE ACCESS during special promotions. On that basis, we cannot issue refunds to just anyone.

We call this our "FAIR REFUND POLICY".
